This chart shows our scheduling for episode submissions, artist assignments, beta assignments, and deadlines for all steps in the process for posting episodes every Friday.

How to read this schedule:

Submission Date: The date for all submissions. This will be either October 15 for the first half, or January 30 for the second half. This draft should be a complete first draft of your story for review by the VS Producers. Please do not submit missing scenes or outline versions. This should be a complete draft.

FINAL Deadline: This is the date 3-weeks prior to the air date. The story should be submitted as the FINAL copy. This means it has been beta'd by your personal beta reader, spell-checked, and include all information such as title, disclaimer, category, etc.

VS Beta: This is the beta reader from the VS beta staff who will be checking the FINAL story for continuity with the season. Any feedback from this beta reader should be minor. It is for VS continuity purposes only. This beta reader is NOT responsible for spelling, grammar, or editing.

Artist: This is the artist that will be making a trailer, dustjacket, header and illustration/collages for the piece. Artists will be working from the first drafts, so be sure the submitted draft (on 10/15 or 1/30) is complete, so they will have a fairly easy time coordinating art with text.

Air Date: This is the day the episode will be posted to the website. Episodes air Fridays at 8pm Eastern.
